At the beginning of your online training experience we complete a health history screening. We want to know as much information about you as possible. We will then use this information to create a training, nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits your needs. You will work one-on-one with our coaches to stay focused and committed, and ensure you're following your program properly to assure maximum results.
Our online training includes strength training and cardiovascular programming including written and video instructions. Your 3 to 5 day per week program is viewed and logged on your personal page of our training app. Your coach will communicate with you on a weekly basis to ensure you are consistently progressing toward your goals.
