Semi-Private Training Sessions


Our same exceptional coaching at a lower cost.

Our semi-private sessions are not your typical overcrowded, boot camp style class. We limit our classes to
4 trainees per coach so we can still give you our highest level of attention to challenge you, assure proper technique and help you workout the most efficiently. Semi-private sessions include nutrition programming and progress report + motivation and accountability. These high energy sessions in a community like atmosphere focus on:


- Strength and conditioning

- Fat loss

- Increased muscle tone and definition

- Increased range of motion

- Injury prevention

- Boost in energy levels and/or increased confidence
