Brian Dakolios has a B.S. in Exercise Science and Pre-Physical Therapy. He is also certified as a BioSignature Hormonal Assessment Practitioner and USAW sports performance coach. Brian is a graduate of Minnesota State University. He has 17-years experience as an owner, fitness coach and facility director, while working for Fitness Mojo in Chicago, IL, Snap Fitness in Le Claire, IA and Quad City Performance in Iowa. Brian's aim is to help people obtain results regardless of their current health and fitness level. He is passionate about researching and learning more efficient ways to improve mobility, decrease joint pain and burn fat from those hard-to-reach, trouble areas.

Rita Dakolios has a B.S. in Exercise Science and is certified as a BioSignature Hormonal Assessment Practitioner and USAW sports performance coach. Rita is a graduate of Minnesota State University where she was a collegiate dancer and cheerleader. She has 18-years experience as an owner, fitness coach and fitness coordinator while working for Mankato Family YMCA in Mankato, MN, Highland Park Hospital Health & Fitness Center in Chicago, IL, Snap Fitness in Le Claire, IA and Quad City Performance in Iowa. Rita specializes in aiding individuals to obtain dramatic fat loss. She particularly thrives from hearing clients moan and whine :) She is passionate in helping  as many people as possible reach their fat loss goals and guiding them to maintain the results for the rest of their life. Rita enjoys teaching clients to cook delicious meals that fit into any meal plan.

Dan Lindbloom has a B.S. in Applied Exercise Science from Huntington University (Indiana) where he was a collegiate runner. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Performance Enhancement Specialist, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Level 1 Nutrition Coach form Precision Nutrition. Dan has 12 years experience as a fitness coach at Lifetime Fitness in Illinois and Quad City Performance in Iowa, and a college cross country and track coach while working for Trinity Christian College in Illinois and St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA.  He has a desire to help clients stay accountable, gain knowledge and change their lifestyle. He specializes in heart rate training, weight loss, athlete conditioning, nutrition coaching and metabolic conditioning.

Jen Truitt is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and BioSignature Health Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. She received a Bodybuilding Pro Card after winning her very first National Gym Association competition and competed as a Pro for four years with several Wins and Top Five Finishes. Jen is a transformational expert specializing in strength training, nutrition and weight loss. Her primary focus with all clients is to make healthy living EASY and take the stress out in order to get sustainable results without feeling overwhelmed or restricted. Jen is passionate about inspiring others to set goals and work towards achieving those goals because the best things in life are never found within comfort zones.

Aaron Boley has a B.S. in Human Performance and Fitness from St. Ambrose University where he played football. He has two-years experience as a strength and conditioning coach at Bradley University in Illinois and as a fitness coach at Quad City Performance in Iowa. Aaron’s main goal in the fitness industry is to help clients improve their strength and reach their goals.

Logan has a B.S. in Exercise Science from Illinois State University. He also a certified personal trainer through ISSA . Logan has two years of coaching experience through Illinois State University in Illinois, Augustana College in Illinois, Athletic Development Project in Illinois and Quad City Performance in Iowa! Logan’s passion for coaching comes from helping people achieve both their physical and mental goals. He enjoys helping people become stronger and more confident. He believes a healthy life is the key to a long, happy one.

Jacob has a B.S. in Human Performance with an emphasis in Health Promotion from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He has a passion for helping people become better versions of themselves and getting everyone to understand that health is not just about what you see on the scale or in the mirror. Jacob is always trying to learn as much as he can about health and wellness in order to be the best resource he can for clients. He also is a certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Jacob has five years coaching experience as a high school baseball coach at Benton Community in Iowa and at Quad City Performance in Iowa!

RILEY MCCOY

Riley McCoy has a B.A. in Biology and Psychology from Grand View University where he played collegiate basketball for four years. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University. Riley is a certified strength and conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has spent two years in the fitness industry as a strength and conditioning coach for Iowa State University in Iowa, as a rehabilitation specialist for Steindler Orthopedic Clinic in Iowa and as a fitness coach for Quad City Performance in Iowa. Riley's area of focus include increasing mobility, power and strength while educating on how to reduce injury and pain through proper movement patterns. Riley's favorite part of his job is that everyday is an opportunity to help someone reach a new goal they have set.
