Our coaches are ready to be your guide through your health and fitness journey, teaching you how to properly balance exercise and nutrition to fit your lifestyle. Our programs are for individuals looking for:

- Injury prevention

Our tailored programs will always include regular progress reports to help you stay

1 ON 4

Our same exceptional coaching at a lower cost.

​

Our semi-private sessions are not your typical overcrowded, boot camp style class. We limit our classes to 4 trainees per coach so we can still give you our highest level of attention to challenge you, assure proper technique and help you workout the most efficiently. Semi-private sessions include nutrition programming and progress report + motivation and accountability. These high energy sessions in a community like atmosphere focus on:

 

- Strength and conditioning

- Fat loss

- Increased muscle tone and definition

- Increased range of motion

- Injury prevention

- Boost in energy levels and/or increased confidence

YOGA

Mainly focused on increasing flexibility and range of motion, this yoga class is for anyone capable of getting up and down from the ground without assistance.  Each session will include strength and balance as well.
